ROLE/RESPONSIBILITIES - Creative Director Brought in to manage creative after client expressed frustration in initial rounds - turned account around leading to three year engagement. Led two week intensive conceptual phase redefining vision and design system, managed project plan for creative team, directed and guided team through detail design, partnered with global team to define and prioritize design templates and guidance, worked with regional teams to review, amend and implement global templates, guided internal team through development of style and implementation guide, acted as mediator between multiple global client groups as well as global development teams and our internal design team
